We have just a couple of pictures from our very low-key Christmas time. It was nice to relax, not travel, and just have a lot of time together. We played a lot of card games and board games together. On Christmas Eve we went to a late-night service at a United Church of Christ in Newton for to hear beautiful Christmas carols. Our friend Andrus is in charge of the music there. Christmas morning we had brunch with Kelly, Andrus, and their daughter Chloe.



For New Year's Day, we went out for Chinese food and Candlepin Bowling. It's hard! Can you tell how skinny the pins are? The ball seems to go right through them without hitting anything. It was really fun, although we weren't any good.

Look how pregnant I was looking at 25 weeks (about 6.5 months). Up until Winter Break from school, no one at church or school knew that I was expecting. I could hide it pretty easily with looser clothes. Now, I'm starting to look it.
